Next2Kart currently ships to addresses within India. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to other regions in the future. Please check our website for updates on international shipping.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery estimates are provided below:

Next2Kart offers free standard shipping on all orders above a certain value, which will be clearly indicated on our website and at checkout. This offer applies only to eligible orders shipped within India.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info.next2kart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup
At this time, Next2Kart does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. All orders are shipped directly to your provided shipping address.
7. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info.next2kart@gmail.com or +91 98185 76440. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Next2Kart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Currently, Next2Kart only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
